Into Africa I didn't know why, but something told me to go. I had no idea what this trip would do to my heart and what these people would do to my soul. It truly was life changing. As a journalist I have written about many topics and some; heart wrenching. To travel accross the world and see first hand the devastation that exists in global poverty and Aids was the most compelling and impactful experience yet to my existence. It had such a profound effect. It changed my way of thinking, and my way of living. I know there is a lesson to share with everyone and that is that anyone can make a difference...Anyone.
